With the Ferrari Club for years, Mike Ladin and company bring unmatched organizational skills to an event tailor made for men into great Scotch, red meat, and excellent cigars.  Yes, it’s a charity event but when is the last time you really had fun at one of those?  This is totally different…and in Mike’s own words:

On behalf of the Executive Committee, I would like to welcome and express my sincere appreciation in announcing that the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond has joined Havana DayDreaming as a corporate sponsor for our event this year.  The Horseshoe has been involved withour event for the past five years, and have truly stepped up this year in the package that they will provide to HDD in our efforts to raise funds for men’s health issues.

 As a bit of a tease for what is in store for you Day Dreamers at Havana Day Dreaming X at the Peninsula Hotel on June 30th, the Horseshoe will be providing, among other items, two tables for blackjack (yes, you can even smoke at these tables!) and a trip for two to Caesar’s Entertainment Resort Las Vegas. In addition they have made a significant cash contribution to our charity.  As the details become final, other exciting information will be announced.

On Thursday, May 23, the Horseshoe is hosting a Kick-Off event for HAVANA DAY DREAMING-X-2013.  We will have a smoke friendly section in one of the themed restaurants/bars on the gaming floor, appetizers will be served, and we will be having our final Board Meeting prior to the event.  Many of the silent and live auctions will be identified at this Kick-Off event during our meeting.  This is an open event (yes, you can bring your wife or girlfriend or both), and we are asking for a $20 per person contribution to Havana Day Dreaming.  I urge you to join us on the 23^rd and to visit www.horseshoehammond.com to see what the Horseshoe has to offer a mere 20 minutes from the Loop. 

Tickets for the Havana Day Dreaming-X-2013 event will be available at the usual places and can be purchased at the Kick-Off at the Horseshoe, or from yours truly. Book early, you do not want to miss what is in store for this year.
