GT95 Seats three, 45 mph, no emissions
The Narke95 Electrojet is the newest iteration of personal watercraft from Narke, the first being the Narke GT45, revealed at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2018. Immediately sold out, Narke has now returned with an even better version of their original GT45, the GT95, so named to indicate the now 95 HP provided by the all-electric propulsion. That 95 HP can propel the N95 to nearly 45 miles per hour.
The Narke team began working on an alternative to gas powered small craft back in 2014, with the idea of eradicating both pollution and boredom. It appears congratulations are in order as this must be an absolute blast everywhere there’s wet stuff.
Rated as a small pleasure craft designed for both fresh and salt water, the Narke95 has a range of up to 2 hours and the optional fast charger will have you back on the water in just 1.5 hours.
“This elegant personal watercraft delivers everything users can expect from a 21st-century, three-seater electric PWC,” Narke writes in the press release. “It’s fun, safe, powerful and protects the waters for future generations. With no noise and no smell, the zero emission water toy allows guests to truly enjoy the most exclusive destinations in style.”
Customizable navigation display tracks mileage on the water, sea temperature, distance from shore and ports, and the smartphone connectivity.
When it’s time to recharge the 24 kWh lithium-ion battery, you can opt for the optional in-built fast charger that gives you full juice in just 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can use a standard household socket which will take roughly 6 hours to fully charge the PWC.
Billed as the perfect stowaway for large vessels and yachts, the Narke GT95 will be on display at the Monaco Top Marques Show September 2021.
Prices start around $47,000 and indications are this will be another sell-out of the sleek watercraft designed to help save the planet. If you simply can’t wait until Monaco, you can reserve one through Narke or at one of their dealers.
