While pairing food with wine has been the norm since James Beard made it de rigueur, pairing cars and watches is a relatively new phenomenon.  Co-branding makes sense, and luxury car and watch manufacturers want you to think  burgers and fries when it comes to a particular brand of car or watch.

This year, each car at the RM Sotheby’s auction at Monterey is being paired with a vintage watch, and the Robb Report presents the cars and its paired watch.

While both the cars and watches are subjective “likes”, it’s hard to fault the choices of either.  Mix and match to your heart’s content at the RM Auctions at Monterey this year.
