Malibu, CA. has long been know for movies stars, a laid-back lifestyle, and expensive homes, where the average home price is $3.5 million. Where $6.5 million is a lot of money, consider that in June 2024, James Jannard, founder of Oakley, sold his Malibu mansion for $210 million, making Rob’s $6.5M abode look downright reasonable.
Lowe’s house is listed as a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, located in Franklin Canyon, one of the nicest and most desirable areas in Malibu.
The home features a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, an expansive outside surrounding the home featuring multiple areas for entertaining and al fresco dining, while taking in the canyon views. Working on your putting on the outside green or relaxing in the pool after a long day of memorizing your movie lines, this would be an amazing place to call home.
