During the intense pressure of competition, the large 44mm face on its signature rubberized strap, makes it easy to check the time, but the watch itself is only 28m thick, making it one of the thinnest in the Panerai collection.
The Panerai Submersible is worn by Brad Pitt, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Disney’s CEO Bob Iger, and supermodel Heidi Klum, all among many interested in a no-nonsense, go-anywhere timepiece.
Blue sun-brushed with luminous hour markers and dots, ceramic anti-clockwise rotating bezel, extremely accurate automatic mechanical, P.900 calibre movement, it’s been built to withstand both the rigorous conditions of salt spray or the occasional teeth-chattering cold shower, this watch is for the rugged individualist interested in a watch with no compromises. And on the back side of this timepiece, an engraving of an underwater craft used by the Italian Navy Seals to travel underwater undetected. I have to imagine Jason Statham helped design this thing.
